      <image:title>About - Hello!</image:title>
<image:caption>I received my bachelor’s degree from The College of William and Mary where I researched body image improvement and eating disorder prevention in college-aged women. I obtained my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University where I trained to work with adolescents and adults in IOP, PHP, residential, and inpatient programs. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I love my job, and I look forward to helping you or your family. As a clinician I focus on emotional experiences and developing skills for a joyful life. I believe that it’s vital to look at the intersections of an individual’s identity to understand how they experience their body and move through the world. Supporting mental health includes advocating for justice for minorities, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and fat and disabled people. I spend spare time and financial resources on decreasing food insecurity, advocating for increased access to mental health treatment, and decreasing the disparities in maternal health outcomes for BIPOC birthing people. I live in Boston with my spouse, our child, and our dog. I find joy in spending time with all three of them, and fill my cup through lots of different crafts including knitting, spinning, and sewing. I love listening to podcasts, and frequently recommend them to friends, family, and clients alike.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Book Club - Therapeutic Book CluB</image:title>
<image:caption>Are you looking for connection, deep thought, and interesting discussion related to mental health and the systems that we live in? Join others who are interested in the same thing to discuss one book per session. Each session runs for 8 weeks, with the book club meeting biweekly for 75 minutes over Zoom. These meetings are run by a licensed therapist, but are not a substitute for therapy. Because this is not therapy, participants are not limited by licensing, and can join from anywhere. Costs: Each session is $200, and can be paid in full prior to the session beginning. The book is not provided, and can be borrowed from a local library, or purchased from your local independent bookseller or big box store.</image:caption>
